Tuition Includes: Laundry, Kosher kitchen, parent to camper emails throughout the session, day trips, security, yearbook, 24-hour medically staffed Health Center, Bar/Bat Mitzvah tutoring for eligible campers & camp t-shirt

Deposit
All applications must be accompanied by a $300 deposit per child. The deposit includes a $50 non-refundable registration fee. The balance of the camp fee is due on May 1, 2017 for all families.

Refund Policy
CYJ Midwest must be notified of all cancellations via email. The deposit, less the $50 fee, is refundable only through April 1, 2018. No refunds will be made after this date and in cases where scholarships have been awarded, penalties may apply. If your child must arrive late to camp for any reason, we cannot offer a discounted or pro-rated tuition price.

You’ve Got a Friend Program
If a current camp family refers a new family, they will receive $150 off their tuition rate per camper referred. The new family MUST contact the camp in writing with the name of the referral family. Restrictions may apply.

Sibling Discount
The first camper pays full tuition and each additional camper receives $100 off for one session or $200 off for two sessions. This discount may not be deducted from the deposit; it is credited on the first statement.

Noar & Taste of CYJ Programs
These programs are open to all campers coming to CYJ Midwest for their first time and are entering 2nd-4th grade. Campers have the option of extending to stay for the rest of the session.

Bonim Program
This leadership program for entering 10th and 11th graders (open to new and returning campers) will includes volunteer opportunities, a special 3 day trip plus counselor in training skill building activities. Campers who attend Tel Yehudah will join the Bonim II program on July 18th and receive a $400 discount from CYJ Midwest. There is a minimum of 8 participants to run this program.

Financial Assistance
Families applying for scholarships are asked to register for CYJ Midwest with the $300 deposit and a minimum of $300/month per camper leading up to financial aid awards. Scholarship funds are applied only to camp tuition.
