Refund Policy

CYJ Midwest must be notified of all cancellations via email. The deposit, less the $50 fee, is refundable only through May 1, 2013. No refunds will be made after this date and in case where scholarships have been awarded, penalties may apply. If your child must arrive late to camp for any reason, we cannot offer a discounted or pro-rated tuition price.

Early Bird Registration*

CYJ Midwest offers a $180 early bird discount for campers (new and returning) through October 15, 2012. Noar Aleph, Noar Bet & Hadracha campers are NOT eligible for the early bird discount.

Referral Discount

If a current camp family refers a new family, they will receive $100 off their tuition rate per camper referred. The new family MUST contact the camp in writing with the name of the referral family. Restrictions may apply.

Sibling Discount

A sibling discount of $100 may be taken for the first, $200 after that, for each additional camper in the family after the first child. This discount may not be deducted from the deposit; it is credited on the first statement. Noar campers are eligible for the sibling discount.

Noar Program

The Noar Program is open to all campers coming to CYJ Midwest for their first time and are entering 2nd-5th grades. Noar campers attend camp for the first two weeks of either session and have the option of extending to stay for the rest of the session.

Gesher Program

The Gesher program is for campers who are interested in attending both sessions. Campers must register for both first and second session. Note that there is no intersession at camp and families are responsible for their campers between camp sessions. Please contact the camp office if your child is interested in this option.

Financial Assistance

Families applying for scholarships are asked to register for CYJ Midwest with the $250 deposit and a plan for partial payment. Scholarship funds are applied to camp tuition.
