Register for Session 1 and Session 2 and receive $800 off tuition.

Tuition includes: All camp Day trips (if possible), Kosher Kitchen (all meals and snacks), Laundry, Medical Staff on site 24/7 and COVID-19 expenses, T-shirt, Transportation to and from Chicago area (if possible), Yearbook

Cancellations
  1. All fees, including deposit, will be refunded if camp cancels due to COVID-19 regardless of the timing below.
  2. Prior to April 1, 2021 all payments are fully refundable except $100.
  3. Prior to May 1, 2021 all payments are fully refundable except $300
  4. After May 1, 2021, all payments are nonrefundable.
Deposits

A $300 deposit per session/per camper is required upon enrollment.
If you have a credit over $300 from the 2020 Summer, no deposit is necessary.

Early Bird Discount

Families who register by October 15, 2020 will receive a $100 discount for session 1 or 2 or a $50 discount for Noar Aleph or Bet. All campers who are registered by October 31, 2020 will receive a CYJ limited edition swag item.

Entering 10th-11th Graders
There are a couple of options for our entering 10th and 11th graders to experience CYJ Midwest in 2021. These include: attending one of the sessions offered at CYJ Midwest (Session 1, Noar Aleph or Session 2) on the Solelim Bike Trailblazers Program (flyer below) or choosing to combine Tel Yehudah and CYJ Midwest experiences.

Payment Plans

Families registering online have four payment options:

  • Pay in full at time of registration.
  • Pay in three equal installments on December 2, February 1 and April 1.
  • Pay in seven equal installments on October 1, November 2, December 2, January 4, February 1, March 1 and April 1.
  • Create a customized plan to be approved by camp administration.

Families who register after October 1st will be on a monthly payment plan starting the month after they register through April 1.

Payment Policy

For your convenience, CYJ Midwest accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and eCheck. eCheck is the preferred method of payment. Families who choose to use a credit card will be charged a ONE TIME $50 processing fee per camper.

Registrations are not complete until deposits are made. Prior to processing registrations, accounts are reviewed for outstanding balances. Registration cannot be processed until past-due balances are reconciled.

Priority Registration

While we anticipate two sessions of our 2021 camp season, we are also making plans based on the current realities the pandemic has presented. In being transparent to our families, we might need to make changes to the dates and/or session lengths due to state regulations or medical needs. If we have to limit capacities or make changes, we will contact families based on the date they registered for camp to discuss their options, including their desire to potentially change sessions.

Sibling Discount

A $100 discount will be applied to a family’s account for each additional child registered after the first camper.

Taste of CYJ

As the school year progresses, we will assess if we can safely operate a Taste of CYJ option (7-10 days). We will re-evaluate on a monthly basis and will let our community know if this will be an option.

Tuition Assistance

Families applying for tuition assistance must provide a deposit of $300 at the time of registration. Families are required to have a payment plan set up with CYJ for the application to be finalized and for a tuition assistance application to be accepted.
